The CrossFit Thornton coaching team is made up of more than just a bunch of certifications. We can go on and on about their qualifications and experiences but it’s probably just better to give you a snapshot of who they are personally and professionally.

Jason Rodriguez is originally from Upstate New York (Charlton), moved to Colorado in November of 2010 with the drive to change lives and his own. He has 10+ years working as a Personal trainer, 4 years as a CrossFit Coach, 2 years as a Olympic Weightlifting coach, and 15+ years as a Rowing (Crew Coach). In addition he brings 12 years of extracurricular to professional experience to the challenge. He brings experience working with juvenile offenders, adults with disabilities, and school age children in a Health and Fitness standpoint.

In 2008, he dedicated to training with the sport/methodology of CrossFit. He wanted to change his image in mind, body and spirit. The bulk of his is spent on building strength and endurance, so I can improve on all disciplines of CrossFit and life. At least one day a week is dedicated as a active rest day out of the gym.

Most importantly eating food that is only found on the perimeter of grocery store is the best option. In regards to frequency of meals; consume 3 meals and 2 -3 snacks a day.
The sport/methodology of CrossFit has changed me. Happy I discovered it.
